Quote Requests Are Not Binding Offers

Submitting the quote form starts a conversation, not an order. Actual pricing, turnaround times, and program details depend on your specific card volume, features, and artwork, and are confirmed in a written quote before any commitment is made. A 50-card minimum applies to physical card orders; final minimums and pricing are set out in that written quote.

Artwork and Intellectual Property

If you provide logos, photos, or other artwork for your gift card design, you represent that you own or are authorized to use that material, and you agree to indemnify Factor4 against claims arising from artwork you supply.

Clover and the Clover logo are trademarks of Clover Network, LLC. Factor4 is an independent provider whose apps are available through the Clover App Market; Factor4 is not owned by or officially affiliated with Clover Network, LLC or Fiserv, Inc.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Factor4 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
