An e-gift-only program can be live in as little as 48 hours. If you're ordering physical cards, plan on roughly two weeks from approved artwork to cards in hand. We'll confirm timing when we send your quote.

Under federal law, gift card funds can't expire for at least five years from the date of purchase, and many states extend that further or ban expiration outright. Our cards are set not to expire unless you specifically ask for a term, and we'll tell you what your state requires before you launch.

No. These are closed-loop cards, which means they only spend at your business. That's what keeps the money with you rather than being redeemed somewhere else, and it's also why the balance stays under your control.

Your balances belong to you. If you ever move off Clover, we can export your outstanding card data so the program follows you rather than stranding your customers. It's the same process we run in reverse when merchants move to us from another provider.

No. The program runs through the Clover you already have, using your existing merchant account. Nothing about your card processing changes.
